Look carefully at the clip of Father Coughlin. When this clip was made he was considered by some to be an antisemitic Fascist. It seems someone blended parts of Adolf Hitler's gestures into the video of Coughlin's speech. Look carefully. At times, you can even catch a shot of the Führer's face.
